How long does shipping take within the USA?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. We ship from multiple warehouses across the country to get your rolls to your door as quickly as possible.
Can I set up a subscription for regular deliveries?
Yes! You can choose your preferred frequency—every 8, 12, or 16 weeks—to ensure you never run out of paper. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
Absolutely. Our rolls are individually wrapped in colorful, recyclable paper to keep them hygienic, and they are shipped in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes with no plastic tape.
What is your return policy?
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our customer service team, and we will help you arrange a return or donation of the remaining product.
Are your products safe for septic tanks?
Yes, both our recycled and bamboo toilet paper are biodegradable and safe for standard septic systems. They dissolve quickly and shouldn't cause any clogs.
